The development is located in the green part of the Osobowice district. The building’s intimate character reflects the idea of ​​harmoniously integrating itself into its surroundings, thanks to its light, modernist form and extensive glazing in the façade, allowing the interiors to blend with the surrounding greenery and the view of the nearby promenades along the Oder River. The intimate scale of the development includes 20 apartments ranging from 35 to 135 square meters. The building has been elevated and planted with over 100 trees, providing even greater privacy in this already intimate apartment building.

Wilkszyn part II
We are proud to announce that after successfully completing Phase I of the project, we are launching the next phase of our modern single-family home development! Phase II of the project on Brzozowa Street comprises four comfortable semi-detached houses. Wilkszyn part I
Construction began in July on a terraced house development on Leśna Street in Wilkszyn. Phase I of the development comprises 15 two-story units with a total area of ​​105.33 square meters. High-quality construction, a unique microclimate, and green surroundings are the hallmarks of this development, ensuring the standard meets your needs and expectations.

Lubawska part II
Construction began in June on the next phase of terraced housing at 1-7 Lubawska Street. This time, the development comprises 16 duplex units, ranging in size from 102 to 121 square meters. We are constantly improving our development standards, which translates into increasing interest in our projects.

Another eight terraced houses were built, reflecting the first investment on the same street.

Białostocka
Following the successful completion of a terraced house at 17-19 Lubawska Street in Stabłowice, we have begun construction of additional residential complexes in neighboring Maślice. The development comprises four single-family terraced houses, one detached two-unit building, and four apartments.
2016
Lubawska part I
We’re launching our first investment. Our development debut is a carefully considered project that optimizes all aspects—from economics to ergonomics. Drawing on our experience in the installation market, we equip our investment with solutions not found in other developers, such as a Viessmann boiler and installation, and an energy-efficient LG air conditioning system. You’ll encounter these and other interesting solutions in our investments in Stabłowice and Maślice, Wrocław.

The success achieved in the construction market and in the installation industry encouraged the owners of Evotherm to diversify their goals and objectives. In 2015, MT Project Spółka Jawna was established to conduct construction development projects in Wrocław.

In line with the company’s development strategy, Evotherm is constantly expanding its offering, which in 2011 included a full range of mechanical installations, employing approximately 50 people.

Evotherm begins its business in the field of ventilation and air conditioning installation and design. The company’s founders are Mirosław Majchrzak and Tomasz Tomasiewicz.
